Action "Refer a friend"
(April 1, 2010. Shares begin in the new format with slightly modified conditions)
1. The action is permanent.
2. In
the action may take part in all existing subscribers who use the basic
service Airbites (Internet access), and new subscribers (under these
conditions).
3. In action "Refer a friend" can not take part new subscribers who subscribed through dealers.
4. In the action may take part new subscribers who joined "at home".
5. Existing
customers who brought new, if participation in the action, receives a
bonus funds on personal account in the amount of one monthly fee of
tariff plan selected* by subscriber, which he led.
6. New
subscriber, participates in the campaign, also gets to your
personal account bonus funds in the amount of one monthly service plan
fee, which he chose*.
7. For
new and existing customers bonus money, new subscriber, which brought a
current subscriber, in signing the Treaty in the relevant section of
the contract should specify the number of a friend who brought it.
8. The
new subscriber can choose between entering action "Refer a friend" or
another, this time acting, action, unless otherwise stipulated
conditions chosen action.
9. Existing
subscriber receives bonus money regardless of whether friend, whom he
brought chose part in the event "Bring a friend" or in another, but only
if a new subscriber at the conclusion of the Treaty, in the relevant
section number of the contract specified friend who brought him.
10. Bonus
money is added to balance subscriber (both new and old) only after the
implementation of new subscribers for the first month of using the
basic service.
11. Bonus funds can be credited for providing basic services - Internet access.
12. Bonus money can not be enrolled for the first month of use the basic service.
13. Bonus money may not be transferred or transferred to other contracts, or other subscribers.
14. The subscriber can not receive cash bonus or non-cash equivalent funds.
15. Number of friends you can bring a current subscriber, - unlimited.
16. In case of services, bonus money, which at this point were on the balance sheet of such person cancels.
* Service is chosen when new subscriber сhoses it at the conclusion which is defined in Appendix 2 to the Treaty.
