Terms of promo
1. The promotion is valid
from June 1 to August 31, 2010.
2. Under the terms of
shares, the subscriber, who took part in it, gets a promotional speed
that is twice bigger, then selected.
3. In the action may
participate existing1 subscribers only.
4. To take part in the event
existing customers under the rules must change tariff plan on the other one with bigger fee.
5. The promotional rate will
be valid until 31 August 2010. Regardless of activation time.
6. In case of replacement
tariff to tariff plan with bigger current fee, during the term of
promotional rate, doubling the speed is related to new subscriber
service plan chosen.
7. When you replace your
plan to the tariff plan of action with a smaller fee promotional rate
ends.
8. If you have debt on the
balance* promotional rate ends.
9. Doubling of access speed to global Internet resources. Speed access to UA-IX
remains unchanged.
10. Subscribers who take part
in the action "Summer of crazy speed" continue to use the loyalty program,
special offer "Bring a friend" and "3 Steps to AUTO".
11. In the action could not
take part:
- Existing subscribers which have debt
- New abonents2
12. In case of participation
in the event the subscriber agrees to its terms.
* - "Debt" is the time
when the subscriber's balance amount owed exceeds the amount of one
monthly fee, which is defined by Annex 2 of the Treaty.
1 - "existing
subscribers" are those subscribers who subscribed to basic services before
the action.
2 - "new customers"are
those subscribers who subscribed to basic services during the term of
the promotion for new subscribers.
